Studio Bloom Classes
Lunar yoga is a true foundation to our experience on and off the mat. Through forward folds and twisting postures, these classes encourage a sense of grounded stability.
Lunar yoga, works at the level of the mind, encouraging and cultivating a calm, clear and stable mind. Through twisting and forward folding postures we can improve digestion and integration, not only at a physical level but also energetic and emotional. Release any stagnant energy or mental chatter that may be clouding the mind or perception. And ultimately embody a more grounded, calm and stable state on and off the mat.
All of our classes are small groups, to ensure you have the energetic space and personal connection to get the most out of your practice. With small groups each practice can be altered to suit injuries and limitations.
While our lunar classes encourage grounded stability, solar practice is the life-force energy that encourage a sense of vibrancy, confidence and liveliness. Incorporating soft back-bending postures (or heart-opening) and laterals, these classes will leave you feeling energetic and open to receive.
We take our foundations of a calm and grounded mind, while we build our energetic body, increasing awareness to our energy and encouraging a state of wholeness. Solar practice is nourishing and expansive.

Yin yoga is like a hug for the soul. Encouraging you to slow down and embrace a deep sense of rest and rejuvenation. Each posture is held (and deeply supported by props) for 3-10 minutes, allowing you to move beyond resistance and to soften completely into the pose.

These sessions focus on developing basic motor skills, balance, and coordination through simple poses inspired by animals and nature. With playful and gentle guidance, children learn to cultivate calmness, focus, and confidence in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Each class encourages creativity, social interaction, and mindfulness, laying a positive foundation for physical and emotional wellbeing.

Our kids yoga classes are designed to nurture flexibility, mindfulness, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment.
Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and creative movement, children develop strength, balance, and focus while fostering a deep sense of calm and self-awareness.
Classes are tailored to suit our students, encouraging social connection and emotional resilience. Perfect for children aged 8 to 12, our sessions provide a joyful space for growth, relaxation, and imaginative expression.

A grounding, lunar style class designed especially for teenagers to explore the foundations of yoga and meditation in a calm + supportive space.
We share techniques that transform, through the lens of Traditional Hatha Yoga. Blending gentle postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and simple meditation techniques to build physical + emotional awareness, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system to rest + digest.
No experience required, come as you are and we will guide you. Perfect for teens looking to manage stress, improve focus, build confidence and reconnect with themselves.
