Children can begin our yoga classes from as young as 6 years old. Our studio offers classes tailored for primary-aged kids, and teenagers, so each age group practices in a way that supports their stage of development.

Each class combines movement, games, imagination, breath work and relaxation. Each class is designed to keep kids engaged while teaching them lifelong tools for calm and focus.
Our teen classes, run similar to an a adult class with a greater focus on connection and following the energetic needs of each participant. These classes combine, movement, breath, relaxation, sound healing and mentorship (where applicable).

All classes run for 60 minutes.

We are located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

Comfortable clothing they can move in, like shorts, leggings, a t-shirt or singlet. Please also bring a water bottle.
Yoga mats, bolsters and class resources are all supplied. You are more than welcome to bring you own as well.

Yes. We offer seperate classes for primary school children, and teens, so each group practices in a way that suits their stage of growth and development.

We keep our classes small to ensure every child and teen feels supported. Group sizes are limited to 8 people per class.

Our space is small and sweet, so where possible we encourage the space to be solely for kids and teens. A space where they feel they don’t need to ‘perform’. For younger children we understand they may need a little extra support, so we welcome parents to stay nearby for reassurance, until they feel completely comfortable. Independent participation is encouraged to build confidence.

Due to the boutique nature of our classes our booking page is private. When availability becomes available, we share this via email to our website subscribers. Occasionally we will share last minute availability via instagram. If you would like to book your child or teen into a class, please contact us directly.

That’s very common however we create a welcoming, supportive environment so children feel safe and comfortable. Many shy children quickly settle and enjoy class.
