Pre School Yoga

Sprouts (3-5yrs)

Wednesdays
3:45 - 4:15pm

An engaging introduction to mindful movement using story, song, and imaginative play. Sprouts classes develop early coordination, emotional awareness, and social skills in a supportive environment. Activities include yoga poses, breath exercises, and gentle games tailored for young children.

Buds

Boys Crew

Mondays
3:45 - 4:30pm

A focused, active class designed specifically for boys. Buds offers movement, stretching, and moments of calm in a supportive, screen-free setting. Through physical activity, mindfulness, and rest, boys develop body awareness and confidence without pressure or competition.

Primary Yoga

Petals (6-12yrs)

Mondays + Wednesdays
4:30 - 5:15pm

Petals classes combine age-appropriate yoga, breathwork, and movement games designed to support developing bodies and active minds. Emphasising fun, creativity, and emotional regulation, each session helps children build confidence, flexibility, focus, and self-kindness. A consistent after-school routine they’ll genuinely enjoy.

Teen Yoga

Blossom (13-17yrs)

Mondays + Wednesdays
5:15 - 6:15pm

Blossom is designed specifically for teens, providing a safe and supportive environment to relax, reconnect, and develop resilience. Sessions integrate Hatha yoga basics with mindfulness practices focused on managing stress, improving sleep, enhancing posture, and cultivating awareness. The emphasis is on building steadiness, not flexibility.

Adult Yoga Classes

Flourish (18+yrs)

Mondays + Wednesdays
6:30 - 7:30pm

A weekly space to slow down, move with intention and reconnect with yourself. Our Hatha based classes follow a gentle lunar style, including thoughtfully structured physical postures (with a focus on twists and forward folds), breath techniques and meditation. Ideal for beginners, parents, or anyone craving calm.

Special Events

A special class for families and all ages to move, play, and connect. With a mix of gentle movement, group games, partner poses, and guided rest, Bloom Together is a joyful, inclusive space where everyone can slow down and feel supported - side by side.
