STUDIO BLOOM ETTIQUETTE
Arrival & Attendance:
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and respect the calm of the space.
- Late arrivals may not be permitted once the class has begun.
- Children must be collected promptly after their session.
What to Bring:
- Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
- Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
Health & Wellbeing:
- If you or your child are feeling unwell, please stay home out of care for others.
- Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or additional needs before class begins.
Respectful Behaviour:
- Studio Bloom is an inclusive, nurturing space. We ask all participants to treat others with kindness, patience, and respect.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.
Child Safety:
- All children under 16 must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.
- Parents are welcome to remain nearby for younger age groups if needed. Due to the boutique nature of our classes, we kindly ask parents not to remain in the room unless the student is under age 5.
MEDIA CONSENT
- From time to time, Studio Bloom may capture photos or short videos during classes and events for use in marketing materials, social media, or on our website.
- By attending our classes, you consent to the use of you or your child’s image for these purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
- We always aim to use media respectfully, focusing on positive, candid moments that reflect the spirit of Studio Bloom.
- If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed or filmed, please email us at studiobloomgc@gmail.com prior to your first class, and we will ensure your preference is respected.
PRICING, PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships:
- Our flexible membership option provides the best value for regular attendance.
- Memberships are billed weekly and include access to a set number of classes per week.
- A minimum 4-week commitment applies. After this period, memberships may be paused or cancelled with 7 days' written notice.
- Missed classes do not roll over, and refunds are not issued for non-attendance.
- Memberships are non-transferable and only valid for the person named at sign-up.
Membership Suspension:
- You may place your membership on hold once per term for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 4 weeks.
- Suspension requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.
- Suspensions cannot be backdated.
- During a hold period, no classes may be attended, and billing will be paused accordingly.
- Longer suspensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for illness, travel, or exceptional circumstances.
Term Enrolments:
- Term fees secure your child’s place in a set weekly class for the full term.
- Fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid for the person enrolled.
- We do not offer make-up classes due to the limited and boutique nature of our sessions.
- Term bookings guarantee your place and offer priority enrolment for future terms.
Casual Classes:
- Casual attendance is available for select classes, subject to availability.
- Bookings must be made and paid in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Passes:
- Class passes offer flexible attendance within a set validity period:
- 5 Class Pass: valid for 8 weeks from first booking
- 10 Class Pass: valid for 12 weeks from first booking
- Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid for the person named.
- Missed classes will not be extended or credited beyond the validity period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Participant Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
- Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the class and incur a $10 fee.
- For term and membership bookings, missed classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellations by Studio Bloom:
- In the rare event we need to cancel a class (e.g. weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be notified via SMS and/or email.
- A full class credit will be issued, and we’ll do our best to offer a suitable reschedule option.
