School Programs

For Primary + Secondary Schools

Program Overview

Our Yoga + Wellbeing School Program is thoughtfully crafted to integrate smoothly within your school environment, complementing the existing curriculum while fostering students’ mental, emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing throughout the academic year. Designed for all year levels, Pre-Prep through Year 12, this program guides students through age-appropriate mindfulness and movement practices that resonate with their developmental stage and school experience.

Unlike conventional casual yoga classes or generic online resources, our program is tailored specifically to align with your school’s values and the unique challenges students face, including the pressures of exam periods. By offering practical, adaptable tools, we empower students to build resilience and wellbeing habits that extend beyond the classroom and support them well into their future.

Why Our Yoga + Wellbeing Program Will Benefit Your School

Students today navigate a complex landscape of academic demands, social pressures, and constant digital engagement. Integrating wellbeing education through embodied practices like yoga and meditation provides them with practical strategies to manage these challenges in a balanced and lasting way.

As a progressive and student-focused school, you are uniquely positioned to weave wellbeing into the fabric of daily life, ensuring that students not only achieve academically but truly thrive.

Personal Growth + Resilience
Yoga fosters self-awareness and inner strength, helping students to face challenges with composure. Through mindful breathing, reflection, and meditation, they develop emotional regulation, stress management skills, and a grounded sense of self, tools that lay the foundation for lifelong growth.

Excellence in Learning
A calm, concentrated mind is essential for meaningful learning. Yoga improves focus, memory retention, and classroom behaviour. When students feel emotionally secure and mentally balanced, thier engagement deepens, enriching their academic experience and collaborative efforts.

Wellbeing & Community
Cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and empathy creates a supportive school environment. Partner and group yoga exercises encourage teamwork and emotional intelligence, nurturing kindness and strengthening peer connections.
